GS1 Digital Link

URI grammar: https://{domain}/01/{GTIN-14}[/10/{lot}][/21/{serial}][?17={YYMMDD}]

Our resolver (/gs1/01/…, or /01/… on a verified custom domain):

  • GET /01/09506000134352 → 307 to the product passport page (gs1:pip)
  • ?linkType=gs1:instructions → 307 to the configured link
  • ?linkType=all or Accept: application/linkset+json → linkset JSON

Set up: App → GS1 / Passports → add product (GTIN validated) → add link types → Create QR. For POS, keep the 1D UPC/EAN next to the QR until your retailers confirm 2D acceptance (GS1 Sunrise 2027 transition guidance).
