Questions ops actually asks

Can I print warehouse labels without a subscription?
Yes. Generate a static QR in the browser with no account, or upload a spreadsheet for up to 100 static codes as a label sheet. Dynamic codes (editable destination, scan analytics, workflows) use credits or a plan.
What does Pro cost — $29 or $39?
Pro is $29/mo billed annually ($348/yr). If you choose month-to-month, the list price is $39/mo billed monthly. Those are two billing intervals, not two products.
Do I need GS1 Digital Link?
Only if you are marking packs for retail POS (Sunrise 2027) or linking a GTIN to a product page / passport surface. That lives on Business. We are not a full Digital Product Passport registry — we issue Digital Links, catalog CSV, health checks, and a passport page, not a regulated dossier platform.
How do credits work?
Dynamic codes cost one credit each at create time. Packs start at $10 for 250 credits that do not expire. Static codes stay free.
Do you store visitor IP addresses?
No. Scan analytics use CDN geo headers and a daily rotating hash. Raw visitor IPs are not written to scan records.
What happens to printed codes if I cancel?
Cancel freezes editing, not redirects, for dynamic codes already issued. You can export a JSON redirect map from Settings (escrow) and self-host it. Abuse, malware, and legal takedowns are exceptions — see Terms. This is a product footnote, not the reason to choose us.
